Gameday is focused on providing the best in
client service in our industry. After initially meeting with you to discuss
your needs, we apply a simple four phase approach to ensure we are
successful in capturing all key information and creating a transport plan
that will attain your goals.
This process includes:
Phase I: Discovery Meetings & Creation of
Transportation Services Plan - Draft I
- Project Manager assigned to account
- Analyze and organize transportation service system information for
each constituent group (spectators, teams, corporate clients, etc..)
into first draft of a transportation services plan.
- Research and integrate existing transport plans (traffic management,
shuttle systems, maintenance of traffic, traffic control points, travel
demand management, transportation signage, etc..) into first draft of
plan.
Phase II: Data Collection Assembly & Review
- Present first draft of transportation services plan to all
constituent groups for evaluation.
- Perform full walkthroughs of each constituent groups’ shuttle
system.
- Research requested changes and make revisions as necessary.
- Second draft of plan created.
Phase III: Confirmation, Review & Dissemination of
Final Plan
- Full walkthroughs of each constituent group’s transport system with
functional areas (security, sponsor services, press management, local
law enforcement, logistics, etc.) in order to finalize respective plans
for each.
- Upon approval, a travel demand management plan is released in order
to educate general public & constituent groups on desired travel
behavior during event timeframe.
Phase IV: Implementation
- On-site management is provided to ensure proper implementation of
Transportation Services plan.
Through this process, Gameday ensures a complete
understanding of our client’s needs and is accordingly able to properly
